3.1 Access Rights

When you enroll in a course:

  • Free courses grant lifetime access.

TEACHER TERMS @ CRAM EdTech

These terms apply to all instructors uploading or delivering content on CRAM EdTech.

1. Eligibility

To become an instructor:

  • You must agree to follow our content and behaviour standards

CRAM EdTech may verify your identity or qualifications.

2. Content Ownership and License

  • You retain full ownership of all content you create, except for which you will be paid.
  • By uploading content, you grant CRAM EdTech a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • CRAM EdTech reserves the right to adjust payment terms with notice

6. Violation of Rules

Violations may result in:

  • Removal of content
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination of instructor account

3. LEARNER TERMS @ CRAM EdTech

These terms apply to all students using the platform.

1. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

  • Use the platform only for learning
  • Respect instructors and peers
  • Submit your own work (no cheating)
  • Avoid sharing purchased content

2. Content Access

When you enroll:

  • Free courses → Lifetime access
  • Paid courses → Access based on course-specific terms

Students may NOT:

  • Copy
  • Re-upload
  • Forward
  • Sell
  • Lend
  • Screenshot and distribute
  • Share login credentials

Any misuse results in termination of access.

3. Communication Rules

  • You’re responsible for everything done under your account

4. BUSINESS PARTNER TERMS — CRAM EdTech

These terms apply to individuals or organizations seeking to collaborate with CRAM EdTech for business purposes (course development, marketing, franchising, or partnerships).

1. Eligibility

Partners must:

  • Be legally registered entities or individuals
  • Provide accurate business documentation
  • Sign partnership agreements if required

2. Partnership Models

Partnerships may include:

  • Co-developing courses
  • Reselling CRAM EdTech courses (with permission)
  • Providing branded learning services
  • Sponsorships
  • Institutional collaborations

All models require prior approval.

3. Revenue Sharing

  • Revenue-sharing percentages will be agreed upon in writing
  • Payments will follow the terms in the partnership contract
  • CRAM EdTech reserves the right to adjust financial terms with notice

4. Use of Brand and Intellectual Property

Partners may NOT:

  • Use the CRAM EdTech name or logo without permission

5. Termination
